COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

 

We will be complaint compliant with the government guidelines for business events while creating an environment where visitors and exhibitors can feel comfortable. On this page are some of the measures we have taken to assure a safer event.

 

• All delegates will be asked to complete a pre-arrival health certification form
• Temperature checks will be carried out for all staff and delegates on arrival at the venue.
• Pre-packaged, “Grab and Go” lunch service.
• Hand sanitiser units situated throughout the venue as well as by bathroom entrances.
• Signage in place as a reminder of social distancing and hygiene measures.
• A stringent regime of sanitising all high-touch points, including toilets and catering service areas.
• Gloves and masks for staff working in high touch point areas.
• Capacities capped to allow for all visitors to circulate while maintaining 1m+ social distancing and 2m social distancing in seminar and roundtable environments.
• In keeping with Government guidelines, masks may be required during exhibitor meetings and at other times during the event.
